Daniel holds a BS CEE degree from Carnegie Mellon University and is well versed in the nonprofit sector, strategy and client relations through his work as an AmeriCorps NCCC and VISTA alum. His pitch for involveMINT won the Google for Entreprenerus Startup Weekend Competition in 2015.
Christian is a Full Stack Developer at Visionist, INC., a Full Stack Developer and software developer for GazePGH, and a former Marketing Copywriter at Tex Visions. He holds a BA in Communications and Journalism from Shippensburg University.
Social Currency Liaison
Robert is a Public Ally part of the AmeriCorps program and Coro Pittsburgh, serving as a Currency Liaison for involveMINT conducting user experience studies and aggregating invaluable data. A Hanyang University graduate of International Business, he is passionate about environmental preservation, renewable energy and sustainable living practices.
Jeremy is the founder of Zacharia Lugar LLC consulting firm. The firm started with a mission to empower evolution within organizations through technology by providing custom software solutions to individuals and organizations that seek to build ethical, constructive, and scalable applications. Jeremy has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and has work experience as a software engineer in leading transportation and robotic industries.
Mitch leads involveMINT’s User Interface Design team. He is an Art Director and multi-disciplinary Designer currently working for NFM+Dymun, a full service agency located in downtown Pittsburgh. He has a B.S. in Graphic Design which he’s utilized across a wide array of clients, industries and projects to deliver creatively unique solutions tied to business goals.
Troy currently works as a software engineer for Dick's Sporting Goods. He holds a degree in Computing and Information Studies and Philosophy from Washington & Jefferson College. He is pursuing both of these passions through his work with InvolveMINT to develop their mobile app.
Michael Marks, Ph.D.
Senior Researcher at American Institutes for Research. Consultant and evaluator of Complementary Community Currencies both in the US and International. Served as an Administrator, Chief Development Officer and National Director of Research for Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. Former Board Member for Time Bank USA. Michael received his PhD in Social Welfare and his MPA in Public Administration from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
Ryan is a passionate software professional with a diversity of experience. In his role at IQ Inc, as an Engineering Manager, Ryan is currently excited about building and leading high-performing software teams. He is excited to help InvolveMINT leverage technology to make an impact in local communities.
Barbara was the founder and CEO with Partners In Care, the first service exchange in Maryland to focus on both meeting the needs and utilizing the talents of older adults. She continues to use her training as a Certified Public Manager and a Standards for Excellence nonprofit consultant to support community initiatives involving equity, social currencies, and a holistic approach to challenging issues in our society.
Erika is a UI/UX student & former Program coordinator for a UX research team. During her role as a program coordinator, she sparked an interest in UX design and decided to pursue it further.
Arun is a Masters student studying Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh who started working as a volunteer developer at InvolveMint in the summer 2019. He is currently an interim intern manager, before passing on the role to Arkajit.
Erin Xie is a design student, product designer at the CMU School of Human Computer Interaction, and avid coffee lover. She is a self-described "T-Shape" designer who is bent on empowering people through design
Madison is a current sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh studying Computer Science. With a passion for using technology for the betterment of our world, she is a UI design intern at involveMINT.
Trevor Rowe graduated from Ohio University with a B.Sc. in Information and Telecommunication Systems in May, 2019. He moved to Pittsburgh shortly after to take a job as a consultant software developer and is working with involveMINT in his free time to build experience in a startup environment.
